Terms and Conditions

Please read fully and carefully these Terms and Conditions before registering an account on this site. Use of this site in any way indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms set forth in this document, as well as the information stated in the Privacy Policy, and any violation will be strictly dealt with accordingly. If you do not understand or agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, please refrain from accessing any Innovus Net, Inc. (this network is hereafter referred to as “Innovus Net”) website or employing an Innovus Net service.

I. MEMBERSHIP

1. All users must provide valid and accurate information when registering to any Innovus Net site. If a user is fails to comply with this term, by means that include but are not limited to entering false or inaccurate information or using another individual’s information, the user will have their account placed on hold (hereafter, placing an account on hold comes to mean having that user’s entire network account placed on hold, which results in the forfeit of any previously accrued offer credits and/or referrals, a designation rendering any activity on any Innovus Net site null and void) and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

2. Users must register their own account and cannot sign up or register on behalf of anyone else. Failure to comply will result in the user having their account placed on hold and said user be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

3. User’s may only have one account per household per each site. Further, no two or more users may register using the same IP address per site. If any two or more users are found to have registered from the same household, or if two or more users are registered using the same IP address, then said users will have their accounts placed on hold and they may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net. However, Innovus Net reserves the right to review user accounts on a case-by-case basis and is subsequently allowed to make ruling decisions accordingly (i.e., an apartment building shares the same IP address, and two users from two different households register to an Innovus Net site using the same IP address; the users will not be placed on hold as long as they are not in violation of any other aspect of our Terms and Conditions).

4. An individual can only register and complete each Innovus Net site one time (hereafter, completion of an Innovus Net site comes to mean successfully earning and receiving a free gift via accruing the necessary offer and referral credits). Any user found to have registered multiple accounts to the same site, or any user who is attempting to complete the same site twice, will have their account placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net. However, the following sites are allowed to be completed multiple times (if no such sites are currently listed, then each Innovus Net site can only be completed one time):

5. Users must be current residents of the United States of America or Canada. Any user who is found to have registered from outside of these two countries will have their account placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

6. Each user must be complete their own offer requirements. Any user found to have employed another individual to complete their offers, or any user found to have attempted to employ another individual to complete their offers, which includes but is not limited to soliciting, asking, forcing, or requiring another individual to complete their offers, will have their account placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

7. All users are responsible for securing and maintaining the account information which they have submitted to Innovus Net, which includes but is not limited to log ins and passwords. Any information that is found to have been compromised will be immediately locked and the accounts will be placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net. Innovus Net is not responsible for the loss or misuse of personal information resulting from unwarranted third party access to our site.

8. Any user who has an account placed on hold or has had their account removed from Innovus Net is not permitted to create another account on any Innovus Net site. Users found to have violated this term will have their account placed on hold and will be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net. Repeat offenders of this term may also be criminally prosecuted as Innovus Net sees fit under the fullest extent of the law.

9. Spamming is an action that is strongly prohibited and strictly enforced. Spamming includes but is not limited to: repeatedly posting one’s referral link in any form of public forum on the World Wide Web, such as a chat room or message board, soliciting others using unwarranted personal e-mail or private message, or advertising one’s referral link to any individual after being asked to refrain from such activity or advertising one’s referral link on another website where said action conflicts with said websites terms of service. Any user found to be in violation of this term (spamming) will have their account placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

10. The transfer of accounts among users is prohibited. Any request to transfer an account will be denied.

11. Any user wishing to conduct correspondence with Innovus Net must do so themselves. Users cannot employ a third party to correspond with Innovus Net on their behalf, excluding all legal processes. If a user repeats this offense they will have their account placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

12. Any user who wishes to change or modify any previously entered personal information will have their query subject to administrative approval. If you do wish to change or modify any existing account information please contact us at support@InnovusNet.com.

II. ADVERTISED OFFERS

1. Innovus Net is not responsible for the requirements or terms of service of any third party advertiser presented on any Innovus Net site. It is recommended that users read and fully understand all third party sites’ terms and conditions for submitting personal information and/or completing an offer.  Innovus Net is not responsible for any charges received by third party advertisers nor is Innovus Net responsible for contracts consummated with third party advertisers.

2. Credits received from offer completions (hereafter referred to as “offers,” coming to the mean the advertised trial offers hosted on Innovus Net) may not be transferred from one account to another. Any request to transfer credits will be denied.

3. User’s must complete all offers by using the unique redirection links hosted on Innovus Net sites. Users who do not use these links and/or try to register for the offers via other mediums will not be eligible for credit on any Innovus Net site.

4. User’s may only participate in and complete each unique offer one time per individual. If it is found that a user has previously participated in a particular offer, either individually or with the aid of another incentivized marketing network, their account will be placed on hold and they may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

5. Each offer advertised on Innovus Net holds a different weighted referral value and/or a different points value. Innovus Net reserves the right to change this weighted referral or points value at any time, for any reason. All credits accrued previous to the value change will be credited using the previous weights system, and all credits accrued after said value change will be credited using the existing weights system.

6. Innovus Net strives to have the quickest and easiest crediting of offers, but cannot guarantee any such crediting. If you have successfully completed an offer and have not received credit, please submit a Manual Credit Request to us containing verifiable confirmation (usually an e-mail from the advertiser) of offer completion, and we will contact our advertisers for investigation into your particular crediting issue. Any Manual Credit Request approved by our advertisers will be credited to your account, and any Manual Credit Request denied by our advertisers will not have any further impact on your account.

7. Users are not permitted to contact third party advertisers with queries and/or concerns relating to Innovus Net, as these can be handled by contacting us at support@InnovusNet.com. Any continued contact with third party advertisers regarding the business practices of Innovus Net can fall under the designation of spam, and may result in the user’s account being placed on hold, with possible removal from any further activity on Innovus Net.

8. Users may complete an unlimited amount of offers. However, offers completed that exceed the amount required for one full credit cannot be transferred and do not count towards anything else for the user.

9. User’s may be denied credit for an offer for any reason, which include, but are not limited to: submission of false information to third party advertisers, promotion of fraud concerning offer completions, candid promotion of early cancellation of trial offers, duplicate sign ups among third party advertisers, use of a lost or stolen credit card, or non-payment to third party advertisers for received services or products.

III. REWARDS

1. User’s are allowed to request an unlimited number rewards (hereafter, “rewards” are synonymous with “free gifts” or “gifts,” and come to mean the reward levied to users after successful completion of an Innovus Net site; a “cash out” is synonymous to receiving a reward) per account per each Innovus Net website unless otherwise specified. Certain specialty sites as denoted by Innovus Net may have decreased reward limitations. Any user who completes and/or accrues offer credits after they cash out the maximum amount of awards specified on that subsite, this user cannot transfer to these credits to another user, nor can they count them towards a different Innovus Net site.

2. If any user receives one gift of $600 or more, or receives two or more gifts from Innovus Net within one fiscal year that totals to $600 or more, it is the sole responsibility of the user to fill out and complete the proper governmental tax paperwork (usually a W9 tax claim form) for these specific earnings. It is the sole responsibility of the user to inform the Internal Revenue Service and/or any other state and/or local governmental agencies about any taxable earnings accrued as a result of completion of an Innovus Net website.

3. Rewards cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Any user who has entered a PO box as their residing address will have their order delayed and/or their account placed on hold until an alternate residing address is submitted at support@InnovusNet.com for administrative approval.

4. If a user selects the Custom Order option as their reward, they must fill out the necessary Custom Order fields in order to successfully receive their award. Innovus Net will not purchase any products containing alcohol or tobacco, nor will Innovus Net purchase any firearm products as a user’s reward. Any user who submits an illegal object as their Custom Order will have their account immediately placed on hold, they will be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net, and they may be reported to the proper authorities.

5. Users who select PayPal as their reward, via either selectable prize or Custom Order option, must provide a verified PayPal e-mail address, and in the absence of this, the user’s order will be delayed until a verified PayPal e-mail address is provided.

6. User’s may change their selected reward, for any reason, without administrative approval as long as the change occurs before they have placed an order. If a user wishes to change their selected reward after an order has been placed but before it has been shipped, they must notify Innovus Net at support@InnovusNet.com. Innovus Net cannot guarantee the switch of selected rewards once an account has entered the ordering process.

IV. ORDERS

1. Orders (hereafter coming to mean the successful completion of an Innovus Net site and the request by a user to receive their specified reward) are subject to full verification before approval. Verification includes, but is not limited to: making sure all necessary offer requirements among the user and their referrals have been met, verifying that both the user and their referrals have submitted valid information, checking for any possible IP, e-mail address, mailing address, phone, and/or password matches, and verifying that the account in question is the users only account on that Innovus Net site per household. If the user issuing an order request is found to be in direct violation of any the aforementioned stipulations, or any other facet of these Terms and Conditions, they will have their account placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net. If one or more of the user’s referrals is found to be in violation of any of the aforementioned stipulations, or any other facet of these Terms and Conditions, the user’s order will be delayed and the violating referral(s) will have their account(s) placed on hold and they may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

2. User’s may only place an order when full offer requirements have been met by both themselves and their referrals. Partial credits are not allowed to be cashed out and do not count towards any reward (unless otherwise specified under a special circumstance such as an Innovus Net sponsored promotion).

3. Innovus Net purchases all earned rewards. Third party advertisers are not connected with Innovus Net and are hence not liable for any order placed with Innovus Net. Continued queries to third party advertisers referring to Innovus Net business practices may fall under the designation of spam and will be dealt with as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Innovus Net does not guarantee delivery dates on any shipped reward and cannot be held liable for any third party delays in shipping of ordered rewards.

4. Innovus Net is not responsible for any rewards which are lost and/or damaged by third party shipping companies. In the case of lost and/or damaged gifts, Innovus Net will make an effort to recoup the value of said lost and/or damaged gifts and will reissue the user a new gift equal to the value of the recouped expenses.

5. It is the user’s responsibility to submit correct personal information and to update Innovus Net when this information changes. This ensures successful and speedy delivery of ordered rewards. Innovus Net is not responsible, nor is Innovus Net bound to rectify the situation, if a gift is lost and/or sent to the wrong mailing address as a result of incorrectly entered personal information by the user, including, but not limited to: incorrect mailing address or e-mail address.

6. If a user’s desired reward is discontinued or out of stock at the time of order placement, they must notify Innovus Net of a replacement reward of equal or lesser value. Innovus Net reserves the right to issue the cash equivalent of any reward to a user for any reason at our own discretion.

V. SITE ABUSE

1. Individuals found to be abusing any site within the Innovus Net network, and/or any third party advertiser associated with Innovus Net, will have their account placed on hold and will be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net. Further, any abuse that warrants contact with the proper authorities will be hastily and correctly dealt with. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: spamming, attempted or actual hacking of Innovus Net and/or our hosting server, bombarding our customer support (including, but not limited to: phone support, e-mail support, support tickets, or AIM support) with unruly, derogatory, and/or intentionally harmful comments, or personal contact in the form of threats or aforementioned intentionally harmful comments to any employed individual or business of Innovus Net.

VI. INDUSTRY

1. Any user found to be electronically posting information, in places such as chat rooms or message boards, on how to “walk through” the offer completion process will have their account placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net. “Walking through” the offer completion process comes to mean the deliberate and understood description to another individual on how to quickly complete offers for the sole purpose of gaining a referral and with no preconceived desire to participate in a third party advertised trial offer.

2. Any user found to be electronically posting information, in places such as chat rooms or message boards, containing cancellation information regarding third party advertiser trial offers will have their account placed on hold and may be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net.

3. Innovus Net reserves sole discretion in determining whether a user has attempted to defraud Innovus Net, its third party advertisers, or both. If fraud is believed to have occurred, the user will have their account placed on hold, will be removed from any further activity on Innovus Net, and may be criminally prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS

1. All promotions and raffles conducted and sponsored by Innovus Net are subject and bound by both the guidelines laid out in the promotion announcement and the Terms and Conditions stated here.

2. Innovus Net reserves the right to deny an order, hold an account, and/or remove a user from further activity on Innovus Net at any time, for any reason.

3. By signing up and registering an account with Innovus Net, users initially agree to receive any mass e-mail sent by Innovus Net. Users will have the opportunity to opt out of these mass e-mails by following a link housed in the e-mails. If you encounter a problem with trying to opt out of mass e-mails, please contact us at support@InnovusNet.com.

4. Any user wishing to halt participation and end their relationship with Innovus Net should simply discontinue use of their account.

5. Innovus Net reserves the right to change, modify, or redact the Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason. Any modifications to said Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy will be noted at the top of the respective document, and users will be notified of said changes via methods including, but not limited to: announcement on home page, mass e-mail, and/or administrative message. Use of the site after such changes to the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy have been made binds the user to the updated version of the respective document.

VIII. INDEMNIFICATION

1. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and registering an account with Innovus Net, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innovus Net, its employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to this site from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement or any activity related to your internet access account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing Innovus Net using your registered account.

IX. RESPONSIBLE USE

1. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and registering an account with Innovus Net, users assume full and total responsibility for the risk and actions associated with use of Innovus Net and its services, contracts with third party advertisers, and the internet itself.

2. Innovus Net does not make any warranties or guaranties, neither express nor implied, to users regarding use of Innovus Net and its services. Users therefore cannot hold Innovus Net liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction made as a result of use of Innovus Net.

3. In no event will Innovus Net be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use this service, or any information derived as a result from use of this service, even if Innovus Net has been advised beforehand of any potential losses. The service and the software are provided on an "as is, as available" basis.
